The Eight Immortals are eight legendary heroes of ancient China, each of whom banished Shendu and the rest of the Demon Sorcerers to the demon netherworld in The Jackie Chan Adventures.

The Eight Immortals are actual figures from Chinese legend (Taoism, specifically), being eight individuals who attained immortality and various other magical powers by various means, usually as rewards after being tested by a Taoist sage or another immortal. The magical weapons and items used to banish the Demon Sorcerers in the second season are also associated with them.

The Eight Immortals are:

• He Xiangu: She used a lotus pod to defeat Tso Lan, the Moon Demon.
• Cao Guojiu: He used castanets to defeat Tchang Zu, the Thunder Demon.
• Tieguai Li: He used a gourd to defeat Bai Tza, the Water Demon.
• Lan Caihe: He used a flower to defeat Dai Gui, the Earth Demon.
• Lu Dongbin: He used a sword to defeat Shen Du, the Fire Demon.
• Han Xiang: He used a flute to defeat Hsi Wu, the Sky Demon.
• Zhang Guo: He used a drum to defeat Po Kong, the Mountain Demon.
• Zhongli Quan: He used a fan to defeat Xiao Fung, the Wind Demon
