Chi Master Fong was a renowned Good Chi Wizard and the former mentor of Uncle.

History[]

Most of Chi Master Fong's past and personality remains unknown. What is known, however, is that he taught Uncle in the ways of Good Chi Wizardry after Uncle left the Seven Little Fortunes opera troupe. Uncle's apprenticeship under Fong lasted a total of fifteen years, beginning some time after 1976.

At some point, Chi Master Fong was defeated by Daolon Wong. While there are no specifics given regarding this, much of the dialogue between Uncle and Wong implies that Fong was slain by the Dark Chi Wizard.

Nestled deep within a bamboo forest in South China stood a shrine dedicated to Chi Master Fong's memory, including a statue and a figurine of him. His spirit continues to commune with his former pupil Uncle, who recognizes his late mentor's signs through the wind, the birds, the sun, and other forces of nature.
